Okay, so its been quite a while since I've updated, wow, a lot of stuff has happened.  Well, all of the band and music stuff is going really awesome.  Band is freakin' awesome, we've played really cool stuff like Incredibles, James Bond, other really sweet stuff.  Drumline is tight, I really like everyone on the line, they're all crazy.  I brought a couple of them back with me last weekend to OBA, a few people got to meet them.  They're all really cool.  Other than that aspect of music, percussion studio is kickin' my butt, they definetly demand a lot from the students in it.  I've played several solos this year already, and a couple ensembles.  Right now I'm working on an ensemble, a solo, and a couple other short pieces.  Even though I have to practice a lot, I love it, its a lot of fun, I would recommend it for all you percussionists out there.  We also have concert band tryouts at the end of November, so I'll have to start working on that right now too.  Other than music, I joined a fraternity, I'm a Sigma Nu.  Fraternities are so fun, you get to meet so many cool people, and you do lots of neat stuff.  So, last weekend I came back to Tulsa to go to OBA, and I swear that I almost cried when we got second place, like, I was jumping around and screaming and hugging everyone, I loved it, it made me so proud to see all of my favorite Jenks people doing so well.  Also that weekend I took Steph out for her birthday, Happy Birthday Steph!  She just turned 17, and she kicked some ass drum majoring, oh man I was so proud of her, so awesome.  And our eleven month anniversary is just around the corner, it's a very exciting time right now.  I gotta say, I'm doing okay, I'm really busy, but I'm doing okay, because I have great friends (Norman and Tulsa), and a great girl with me.  It's a little stressful, but I'm just glad I have all of you guys with me on this.  Thanks a lot.

Okay, so last week, I started out with lots of engineering courses, like physics, calculus, etc., but last Friday, I kinda decided to change everything, now I'm a music major, and I changed every single one of my classes.  Now I'm in all this music stuff, but I like it much better than my old schedule.  So it's all cool now, new classes, music stuff, all good.  Oh man, excited about Saturday, first game!!!  OU vs. TCU.  Everyone needs to come out and see it, it will be awesome.  See you all later.

Oh man, made the OU drumline today, all is good in the world at this moment...

Alright, got back yesterday at around 630p, good deal.  Steph, Max, Cole, Jessi, and Grant all came to the airport, thank you guys so much for that it was a great way to come back.  We got back fine, we had a delay in Dubai for about an hour before takeoff, so we were a little pressed for time when we got to London, but everything ended up all right, we got on to Atlanta just fine.  Well, thank you all for staying with me the month I was gone, I'm glad I have some good friends to come home to.
